The honest part

The offer is the easy part

The details are the part that matters. Four years in this industry taught our founder exactly which details those are.

The cost

$0 to drivers. Always.

Carriers pay us — never you.

Why GROWTH

We tell you what the offer actually means before you sign.

Pay rate, home-time schedule, equipment model, weekly miles. You get the real numbers — including the ones that don't help us — and then you decide.

100% Free for drivers

How we get paid

We make our money by charging a flat placement fee to the carrier only after you successfully start driving for them. Our incentives are aligned with yours: we don't get paid unless you actually start. No hidden cuts from your paycheck. Just straightforward recruiting.

How it works

From application to the seat.

01

Apply

Two minutes. Tell us your CDL class, experience, and what you're looking for.

02

We call you

Usually within 15–20 minutes during business hours.

03

We match you

The right carrier for your priorities: pay, home time, and equipment.

04

You're rolling

Ready drivers can start in as little as 3–5 days.*

*Depends on your paperwork, drug test, and how fast you move. We can't rush an unprepared driver — but we'll never slow down a ready one.

What you get

Everything a driver needs nothing you don't.

Real Numbers Upfront
01

Straight numbers

Pay rate, home-time schedule, equipment model, and average weekly miles — the real figures up front, not after you sign.

Always Free
02

$0 to you. Ever.

Carriers pay us a placement fee, and only after you successfully start driving. You never pay a cent — no hidden cuts from your paycheck.

Know before you go

Three trade-offs nobody explains until after you've signed.

Home time

Home daily is realistic. It usually comes with fewer weekly miles than long-haul, and a smaller pool of carriers depending on where you live.

Ask the carrier

  1. How many miles per week — realistically, not best case?
  2. Is the lane fixed, or does it change week to week?
  3. What happens on a week the lane falls through?

Miles & pay

Comparing offers is harder: cents per mile, hourly, and percentage of revenue don't measure the same thing, and neither do the route miles they count.

Ask the carrier

  1. Is this cents per mile, hourly, or a percentage — and a percentage of what?
  2. Are those practical-route miles or shortest-route miles?
  3. What did drivers on this account average last month — not the top earner?

Type of freight

Dry van, reefer, and flatbed come with different operating demands. Some temperature-controlled food loads add temperature, sanitation, training, and record procedures. Flatbed work requires close attention to cargo securement; the driver may need to inspect or adjust it.

Ask the carrier

  1. Is this no-touch, drop and hook, or live load?
  2. What year is the equipment, and who handles maintenance and breakdowns?
  3. How much of this account is actually the freight you just described?

Where you are right now changes the answers:

New CDL
After truck-driving school and hiring, drivers normally receive several weeks of on-the-job training. Ask how the carrier's program works, what it pays, and what happens before solo release.
1+ year
Use your experience to ask harder questions before you sign.
Violations or SAP
Expect carriers to review your state driving record and prior safety history. FMCSA-regulated employers must also check the Clearinghouse before hiring for safety-sensitive CDL work.
Straight from us

What we don't do.

We don't sell you a lease as a shortcut

A lease-purchase is not a shortcut to owning a truck, and we won't present it as one.

We go through the lease with you

The weekly payment, the deductions, and what you're left with if you walk away.

We don't quote best-case miles

A best-case mileage number is not a typical week, and we won't hand it to you as one.

We ask for the real average

We ask the carrier for a recent account average and a slower-week example. If that data isn't available, we tell you that.

We go through the deduction list

Line by line, with you, before you sign anything.

From the founder
G
You learn this business fast. What takes longer is learning what drivers tell you when a job doesn't match the description they were given — miles that came in lower, a deduction nobody explained. GROWTH is built around that gap.

GROWTH is new. That means the drivers we place right now get our full attention — and their stories land here, with their names and their permission, as they roll in.

No stock photos. No invented reviews. When this section fills up, every word in it will be real — because in this industry that's the whole point.
